3. Payments & Cancellation Policy

- All trainings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.

- If the training is cancelled, the deposit will be retained.

- The Rooted & Resilient curriculum is not refundable once licensed.

- All payments are processed securely via QuickBooks.

All materials, content, and curriculum—digital or physical—are owned by Alex C Wilson Wellness Co. Clients may not reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute the licensed ebook or training content outside the agreed-upon usage. Licensing grants internal educational use only for your organization during the licensed period.
